About the event
This is both IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL and being offered by Devanadi Yoga
In this session we will energetically calm Vata by softening your entry into Autumn. This practice will help you reduce anxiety, have better quality sleep, and cultivate more calm and peace.
Recommended Props: Yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster, eye pillow, practice journal.
